Titos Patrikios – An Edge of Truth to Lift

A prominent figure in modern Greek literature, Titos Patrikios is one of the greatest postwar poets. Throughout his literary work (poetry, narratives, translations and essays) he consistently follows the political and poetic principles that define both his life and art, forming his personal value system. Through poetry, an art that became his destiny, he reflects, evolves, and reevaluates. He turns to the past to analyze and reinterpret it through his multifaceted experience, while keeping his gaze steadily fixed on the present and the future.

This book is based on conversations between the poet and Yorgos Archimandritis, spanning from 2007 to 2020, with material enriched until its publication in November 2022.
